Charlie Adam

Charlie Adam is a former professional footballer who played in central midfield across his 19 year playing career. Born in Dundee Scotland, Charlie began his senior footballing career with Rangers in 2004. Adam played 61 times for The Gers, scored 13 goals and won the Scottish Cup & League Cup in the 2007-8 season. In the 2009 season, Charlie moved to then English Championship side Blackpool - helping the club get promoted through the Championship play-offs to the English Premier League in 2010. The midfielder went on to sign for Liverpool FC in the following season, where he won the Football League Cup. Adam would sign for Stoke City & Reading before finishing his career with his home club Dundee FC. The Scottish born footballer made 26 appearances in his international career for Scotland from 2007-15. Currently the loan manager of newly promoted EPL side, Burnley FC, Adam also appears as a pundit & football commentator.
